Shipping policy

We try to ship all orders as soon as we can.  However, due to the nature of our business and the level of customization that goes into each floor mat (fabric type, color trim, custom badges) every mat is made to each customers specifications. 

That means, the lead time for most orders is around two weeks.  There ARE items we keep on the shelf to try and cut down on that lead time, but we cannot guarantee your order will ship before the two week estimate.  Also, please remember, that's an estimate.  Orders can take up to 30 days to ship.
